HOW TO APPLY

The easy-to-complete Grant Application on our website covers all applicant requests. The Foundation welcomes multi-year grant applications for new programs addressing priorities from the Rockbridge Community Health Needs Assessment. For more information, contact Hattie Myers at director@rchealthfoundation.org. Organizations can apply for both multi-year and single-year grants. Additional documents (e.g., financial records) may be sent to director@rchealthfoundation.org. We invite applications from agencies, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations dedicated to improving the health and welfare of our communities.

Please note: Grant applications must be submitted by January 31st, 2025.
